As a regualr at the trackside, you'll find over 10000 pics of bikes on tracks on my hard disk
so with this idea, i'm kinda looking to broaden my portfolio a bit.
if you've a favourite BSB/WSB rider, then pm me which one, and what your desktop size is and i'll send you a pic |
OK I wasn't to know that, was I? _________________

here's the orginal thread i posted Barry... http://www.boxhill.co.uk/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=5175&highlight=
basically it's for free unless you're wanting prints. You'll get a desktop sized digital image for free, and if you'd like prints then i can do them too at minimal cost. Like mentioned ealier, i'm getting to build my portfolio, so you'd be doing me a favour too.
Roundy pictures... i guess we could fit them in if we found a quiet, nice surface roundy somewhere. |

I probably can make Thursday, although I don't think I will have my 125 back by then, which is a shame as it is more photogenic than the 350. Where is the meeting place? |

Right, we've got a couple of positives... so it's on, so long as the weather holds like it is just now.
With no input from others, the location i'm thinking of is a small section of decent surfaced B roads near Gatwick. So on the back of that, best meeting place is probably Tesco's Gatwick at 6:30. Giving us at least an hour of good light, and maybe some more with the light casting some atmosphere into the pictures.
There's a loop of roads approx 4-5 miles long, with 3 or 4 good places for me to take shots from.
Just to clarify, i'm not looking for knee down hero's, or anyone taking risks infront of the camera, just real "road riding" pictures.
As i stated earlier, we can try a few roundy pictures if you come up with a suitable spot to get them, but as already mentioned, rush hour traffic isn't the best place to play.
For those who cna't make it, there will be other times, including Sunday mornings, but I tend to enjoy blasting about myself on Sunday's instead of taking pics |
