Wildchild, congrats, how'd you do it??
I am doing the Atkins Diet for 2 weeks and trying to get my bum to the gym.
That is fantastic though, well done!

thanks 
well to be honest with you. stress was a major factor last year for me... lost 1 stone in 2 weeks 
not good... but it was mainly me very unhappy with myself due to depression. the ex sleeping with someone else etc...and doing something about it.. I did not go on any special diet or exercise, just walked more, cut out chocolate big time, although now I have a bar every now and again, just cant give the damm things up completely 
once I started feeling happier with myself, the weight just seemed to fall off, and also extra motivation of having a photo of me of how I looked last year when I was depressed helps one hell of a lot |

Nearly getting my arms ripped out of their sockets when I opened the throttle on Diddly's new Fireblade.   Cheers for the loan matey, made a nice change to my Thundercat. |

Todays smile was brill, my youngest daughter, Emily who was 1 three weeks ago,Stood up, took 3 steps on her own towards me, did a little wave with her fingers, gave me a kiss & said 'bye'
I reckon she'll be a rocket scientist by 4  |
