Seems a few people are having problems with work today. I almost told my new boss what a pratt he is but then I thought I should let him carry on so if we give him enough rope he will hang himself. The sooner the better ! Evil or Very Mad

Got given four months tempary promotion last month!

Checked my wages, don't look right to me.

Phoned Personnel and guess what?

For the promotion I get an extra £1313 pa... Great

But because it's a promotion I loose my long service payment of £990 pa...

So I get a lot more responsibility, lots of admin, lots of greef from the officers, have to manage a watch with very low morale and spend an extra hour in the car each shift all for an extra £6.21 per week (before deductions)

Anyone thinking of a career in the Fire Service?

The cheque for my bike has still not turned up apparantly the third party insurers said it was sent on monday so i should of got it yesterday....Grrrrrr a likely story Rolling Eyes
