Trying to fit my new mudguard and finding a pair of the allen bolts are so badlyt frozen that the allen key has rounded of the insides. I cannot get a dremmel in to cut a screwdriver slot and so still have the old mudguard on and two fecked allen bolts.

Having to pay £ 19 for a replacement breath deflector for my AGV helmet. Pure rip off.

Other than that, I am fine Evil or Very Mad

Balloo i have found a way round those problems, see if you can find a torx type of allen keys that is a little larger than the hole in the bolt and tap it good and hard into the allen bolt hole, you might need to put a solid weight behind the bolt so you can wack it good

I have a similar problem with the tax disk holder on my bike. The heads are allen key but they're crap but a Torx driver has no problem with them at all.

Couldn't get the oil filter off Ducati, tool just spun round. Filter is recessed into sump so chain wrench or strap were useless. Had to stab with screwdriver in the end. Evil or Very Mad

In all honesty, I saw my Gixxer rot in front of my eyes when I had mine. I washed it down after nearly every ride aswell..... I loved that bike, makes me kinda sad that I sold it actually Crying or Very sad

My Honda - well, it still looks new after 2 winters abuse.
