could be the pump letting air in or a pipe has perished doing the same?
as for the coolant pissing out what colour is it? as it could be a blown head gasket?? Confused Sad

No, the coolant is coming out of the expansion tank Confused Am gonna have a look at it one evening this week when the bike is completely cold and see if the tank is overfull. If it is that wouldn't make sense though as I haven't filled it up and it's only just started doing this overflowing and it didn't get that hot while I was riding it this weekend.

It's not a blown head gasket - the colour of the smoke should give that away as it is a two-stroke. It's still blowing out lovely blue smoke so neither of these problems appear to be causing engine issues - yet!

Had a blown head gasket on a DT125R that did the same thing and there was no difference in the smoke either.
What happens is the exhaust gases etc get into the water system and pressurise it. Then the water finds the easiest way out which is usually the header tank. Must admit mine was overheating as well. It's def worth checking if it ain't been over filled.

Driving to work today - cyclist goes through a red light (not orange but very red) and nearly cleans up the people on the crossing!!! :-| I ride a pushbike quite often but would never do this, and worse I have started seeing it all the time now.

Had to go to our site at Theale (J12 off M4) for a meeting ...

Got to the M4 roundabout at J11 and realised I'd forgotten a parcel at home that I had to take in for the site manager. So, went back home to pick it up and set off again.

Got to Theale just in time for my 10:00 meeting and then realised I'd left my bag at home with my laptop and files with all the info I needed for the meeting. Embarrassed Evil or Very Mad

I had the meeting as best I could and decided I'd go home and work from there. Got home, had my lunch, set up my laptop and ...

... the server wouldn't recognise my login!!! Evil or Very Mad

So, I had to come into the Bracknell office and I'm still here!!!!!

Not being able to get the most basic parts for a service from my local "motorcycle friendly" Halfords ( you'd think they'd have spark plugs, semi synthetic motorcycle oil and some filters in stock )
