OK ...Fairy Nuff

My twats just started asking for timesheets ...woo-hoo!! ...idjuts didn't realise I actually work more than my contracted 36hrs ...so I'll be claiming back my overtime from now on Razz ...Sorry but I get really annoyed by people who focus on inputs rather than outputs ...wtf difference does it make how many hours I am officially 'at work'? ...surely the thing that matters is whether or not our patients have a better experience 'cos of me ...isn't that what 'Service Development' means??

Grrrr ...time to chill ...and go to bed...

You nailed it. You make the difference to your patients' quality of life, not your paycheck, sadly. I burnt out on this issue years ago too - don't make it so it stops you helping...

Different paper, different gun, same story

IMO it's more likely that it was a Glock and not the .44.

I did chuckle at the "police source" comments.

My brother collected his son's bike this morning, that I tarted up. It passed the MOT and cleared a space in the shed for my next project. My son has just bought a bike to learn on and take his test. Smile
