their own website just cites 'fair use', so i'm not sure where all those stats came from..

i was with NTL, now virgin media... my stats recently:

in=downloading, out=uploading..
Jan IN:26gig, OUT:18gig
Feb IN:21gig, OUT:6gig
Mar IN:19gig, OUT:9gig
Apr IN:35gig, OUT:19gig
May IN:19gig, OUT:11gig
June (so far), IN:12gig, OUT:11gig

Doesnt seem to be affecting me too badly! - at this rate this month download will be 36gig...!
