Was going to call this idea a naked run.....but it might give a few people the wrong impression!!
Just wondering if anyone on the forum would be interested in a gentle rideout on a regular basis from Boxhill on say, Sunday morning 10AM. Early for some I know, but a good time to meet up.
The idea came to me as I don't ride a sports bike, or ride like I stole it. Well not often.... The idea would be that we would have time to take in the scenery.
Suggested routes might be from Box down the A24 then A29, then along to the a22 near horam, through ashdown forest and then back home.
Or, what about the New Forest??? Or Camber and Dungeness?? _________________ Scott the Aussie,

There are a few newbies to riding that would be up for this, dunno if I could do 'moderate' speeds for long though, need to get a Honda for that
Whoops - saw your other post after this one...can you edit the poll on this one? _________________ I promise I wont speed again officer... *fingers crossed behind back...* |

Have a think about it tinks - was just an idea i had, rather selfish of me really I like riding with people but not lunatics (too old / aware of my own mortality for that) and my mates have stopped riding!! One busted his dullville and never has repaired it because he is philandering constantly, the other bought a SV650 and hates it, won't ride!!!
My idea was a spin around South East... nice food even maybe, yes I get sick of burgers
Maybe its time for the pipe and slippers......but wait again I'm surfing in Spain in 4 weeks time so maybe not a crock yet!
All this housework keeping you in Tinks?? _________________ Scott the Aussie,

Oh see exactly why you don't have the spare time.....i bet you enjoy the bike rides when you get them though?
Sometimes I think I have no time, but thats rubbish I have HEAPS of time, gf works similar hours to me but I finish earlier so always the chance to nip up to Westerham - bough beech- home for a quick bit of a ride, no kids....

i tend to have more time for my bike when the kids are at school, as i work in after school childcare so i more or less get the days to myself. _________________ Happiness is a friction burn on your knee
