Not you too? I've been off work since 15th Nov not having any sleep or a couple of hours at the most. Just been given another month of work and more pills to take. I'm really fed up with it. Crying or Very sad

Work are being really good about it but it's worrying me.

have you had your thyroid checked?

Not this time round but have done before and it's been fine.

They say I'm depressed although I don't feel it ie I'm not sobbing into my hands or wanting to kill myself or anything. Just feel really tired and no energy. Can't really concentrate on anything difficult or make decisions.

Sounds just like me, dont even go out that much now Confused

My back has been 'giving me bother' for about 5 days now. It's not something I have previously suffered from on a regular basis, it is incredibly bad timing (as I am packing to move and starting my new job in less than 2 weeks), and, basically, it just hurts and I'm fed up with it, and I wish it would go away Sad Sad Sad

(and this is the time of day is when it is at its 'best' - I could barely walk for about an hour after getting up this morning Crying or Very sad )

Whinge over - gonna take some more Diclofenac (with a glass of wine and a rice cake Very Happy ) and get back to those packing boxes...

Thanks Matty!

Think it might be this http://hcd2.bupa.co.uk/fact_sheets/html/ankylosing_Spondylitis.html (as I was diagnosed with the same thing in my neck following x-rays I had some many many years ago). If it is, it can often just go away and never bother you again (as my neck did - more or less) so I'm staying hopeful for now Very Happy

...oh ...and ...a word of advice for all you kids out there ...don't mix anti-inflammatories with wine....

strain strain strain and yet more strain

Ahhh now i know a man that maybe able to help with that to the point where the school will s***e themselves, let me know if you need any help. It's all about asking to see the schools procedure etc about bullying, it is now a big deal!

Hope Keri is ok!

So much packing still to do (having been a bit slow due to being a bit poorly all week) and I am soooooo tired.....

Going to view another property tomorrow. Hope I like it, as I still have nowhere to move to and my last best hope fell through today Sad !! ...although, thankfully, I have been offered a safety net if I need it (...thanks For you ). All still a bit stressful though. Especially as I know that I won't have much spare time once I start work on the 4th Feb (confirmed Cheerleader ) and I have to finish packing, un-plumb washing machine and dishwasher, replace cupboard and drawer where dishwasher was, organise transport and possibly storage, also possibly a mortgage, re-direct mail (then change address formaly when I have an address), and get to grips with a new job all before the end of February... (not to mention fixing my bike (with a little help) and visiting my kids to help one of them fix his bike and to sympathise with the other one who has just broken his ankle..)

Ah well ...at least I won't be sitting around fed up with nothing to do Very Happy

Went out on my bike today doing a circuitous route to work (40 miles for a 6 mile trip) to post a letter to my boss.

Only found there wasn't a letter box so I'm going to have to go back tomorrow. Evil or Very Mad

Upside, I'll probably take my bike again.

Almost finished packing ...just monitor, keyboard, mouse, modem, dvd player, hdd recorder, a few cables and two wine glasses to go...

(oh, and about 10 (doubled up) carrier bags of books - but I've run out of carrier bags. Still got lots of boxes. But probably not a good idea to try to put books in flimsy boxes?... )

...and I've run out of wine Crying or Very sad ..Would have made it to the shop, too, if I hadn't kept thinking "i'll just get this done first" Rolling Eyes

Just got to do the un-plumbing and paint the outside of my front door and then I can go to bed.....

Might have to hit the 3-year old cooking Brandy to keep me going Embarrassed Laughing ...beggars can't be choosers....
