I'm getting a new plate for my bike and my Dad suggested I put

'Box Hill Bikers'

at the bottom.

The hill is called "Box Hill" after the Box trees which grow on it.
But language, especially the English language, is a dynamic living thing so I think you can use either Box Hill or Boxhill (or Box'ill? Laughing ).

Depends on the context. If you're talking about the website, then definitely one word. If you're talking about the place, then definitely two.

Cool, might have to get one of these.

What are the rules on fonts now, are the shaddowed 3'd ones allowed?

3D shadow is legal, so long as it's standard size (or the permitted size given the age of your vehicle)

The one's I have have the 3D font logo ghosted and on the bottom and 3D font. They are technically show use only as they haven't got a BS mark on them; however the Shadowed "boxhill.co.uk" is quite subtle and it would have to be an especially anal copper to nick you for it.

Excellent. Think I'll go for the logo on the bottom. (No, not a tatto on my butt!)
