The MD has been out and bought a load of soup and rolls for everyone. He's now in the kitchen, with two Directors' PAs, heating up the soup and dishing it out for all those that braved the weather.

And we can go home early. Cool

Did 75 miles today what fun on alot of back roads. Saw 8 stranded BMW's today, they were top with 4 VW's second. Had to laugh at the Vauxhall Astra sliding backwards down a road he shouldn't even attempted Laughing

And the 6 or so 14/15 yr olds who thought it would be fun to "ambush" drivers from the pavement with a hail of snowballs up on Crystal Palace parade. Rolling Eyes A slight detour into the slush dampened their spirits rolling on the floor laughing

That'll be the late night special for the pissheads then. Get 'em drunk before they eat it, they won't notice the cardboard flavour and texture of rotting teak. Wink

Beats walking to the kebab van too! Laughing

Any other pubs round there? Could be a good oppurtunity for a pub crawl...

Following on from a phone conversation with Becky, the girl who provides catering, Re: the instructor leading the training course asking where he could buy some swim shorts and me asking Becky why he doesn't wear boxers, provided they're not whit.

Becky: Mind you, you can get white bikinis now with that yellow lining in so you can't actually see anything.

Me: But what's the point in that?

Beck: Well--- rolled her eyes at me and walked away.

Some of us have to work! Planning on sneaking away early though and walking the dog and the Kate through Bushy Park. Hope the sun is still out.
