Despite Southernspeed's timely warning viz new plate regs as of 27th April my current plate failed MOT today because there is no black border around the plate - tester was most apologetic and is going to include Euro flag in the replacement - once he has seen the V5.   |

Not quite right - the font had a shadow + not to standard size - the black border is optional !! |

They claim to be an "online only" company but I am being forced to contact their insurer direct at a cost of £1:00 a minute due to a complete bollox up of an admin input on their system.

Cunch of bunts, I was with them for one year, never again... CuseCuse I believe had no end of problems with them. Although saying that some people have had no problems at all (Tusky I think was with them and was pleased with service).
Perhaps suggest if it's their cock up that they reimburse the cost of the call off your policy?

I have now sorted it, 2 crashes I had last year were dealt with faultlessly but trying to get anything actioned is more painful than being rogered by a hedgehog!

Obviously we the english are subsidizing them to much again. For a country that lives of Tourisum, Farming, Speed cameras and shagging sheep it seems a bit strong. But hey the police and councilers down there are all inbread anyway.
