erm apparently the smell of baking biscuits and freshly ground coffee helps.... all sounds like b0llox to me tbh, but that's what they reckon. Good news you got a viewing tho |

They might get a slight musty smell - that's all I can gaurantee, it's been sitting empty for over a year, spent six months getting a leak repaired that damaged a lot of walls...

my appartment has dropped in price nearly £30k since it originally went on amrket and still no takers
you wouldn't mind but it is GENUINLY immaculate
needs nothing doing to it
wooden floors, lv lighting 2 dbl beds, 2 bathrooms
outside courtyard with shed & decing etc etc
own front door
bang in the middle of town
