they've been doing that for ages in Hastings... And also in Helmsley N. Yorks... I'm sure they don't do it for revenue but to try and discourage nasty scary bikers from stopping there. The Helmsley car park is pay and display, but there's an instruction on the machines for motorcyclists to press the receipt button in case ticket goes walkies. Still if it does that's just yet more aggravation to prove you had one if you've been ticketted _________________

Well, to be fair everything did have to be written by quill and ink back then which took a lot longer and letters were delivered by carriage. _________________ It's all down to quality of life ! |

But now alot is done by email. Less to do and charged more. No ink, quills, or paper and postage. Still at least the birds are happy _________________ You make something idiotproof, they'll make a better idiot

Not being able to get hold of any decent chain lube in either Infinity or HG locally. I know retailers want to keep stock down at this time, but not stocking basics like that is just a joke. |

Good idea and I do, but all of it is Wurth High Performance dry lube.
I find though it is not stopping the chain from rusting up over two weeks of damp so am looking for wet lube. My chain is in a dreadful state despite cleaning and oiling it two weeks ago. I went out on it for the first time yesterday.
There was literally no lube at all in Infinity and HG only had some cheap looking stuff for the road. |

Your friends at Dobles sell it - last time I was there anyway. _________________ "Those who understand compound interest are destined to collect it.
