be carefull peeps Crying or Very sad

Swine flu penetrates deeper into the lungs and can inflict more damage than ordinary seasonal flu, scientists have found.

The discovery could explain why the virus is able to cause severe illness in people with no underlying health problems. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

My damn upstairs neighbours Evil or Very Mad

I live in a 2 bedroom ground floor maisonette. Above me is another 2 bedroom maisonette where a married couple live with their 3 (yes 3) children and we have just found out this week they are expecting a 4th. The noise is bad enough but now its just got worse.

I've come home early as I'm knackered and about 10 minutes after I get home I see the mum arrive home with the 3 kids, great. I go to the bathroom as I can hear 'tinkering' noises only to find water pissing down from a crack in the ceiling into the bath and also dribbling down the lightbulb and all over the floor.

I'm really pissed off, the crack in the ceiling was from repeated bath leaks upstairs and I was told it was fixed. Now this. I knock on the door only to be told they have a problem with the toilet, so the dodgy looking water gathering in my bathroom is from their toilet!

Apparently the plumber is coming tonight to fix it. So what are they going to do in the meantime? I'll be banging on their door again tonight to check to see if its fixed. I'm not holding my breath. In the meantime I don't dare use the light in there as there is water constanting dribbling on it. Evil or Very Mad

I hope they are going to pay for the ceiling repairs and the re-decoration of your bathroom. THEIR home insurance should cover it nicely.

If not, I can see a trip to the small claims court coming on.

Originally my insurance company said ceiling only but the water constantly coming down the wall has damaged that too. I'm planning on re-doing the whole bathroom so I'm going to see if I can get something towards more than just the ceiling.

Surely this should be on their insurance Question

Yes, that's what I think as well. But then I'm not sure.

I would be screaming to the insurance company about the health implications if toilet water has been running down the walls.

Awesome honeymoon, lovely relaxation at the beach and way to many great memories on safari to list, which just makes it worse coming back.

I've got loads of pics and will probably put a few up once I've trawled through them all. Took about 1200 in total, so need to strip out the trash and do some cropping, which could take a while Very Happy
