You need to massage and rub it in to your foot and knee for up to 10 times a day....... I dare say that HCMS will post a helpful video to show you how it's done Embarrassed Laughing

Can't knock it......... got a torn cartilage and arthritis in the left knee, so could not bend it more than 120 degrees after day one and progressed to 70 degrees in two days..... Wink

Superb service by GS Motorcycle Tyres. Called them today with an "urgent" change needed, they'll arrive at my flat between 8:30-9am tomorrow morning to do the tyre. Very Happy

WMMST... A colleague sent me a joke text message but too my landline... still rolling on the floor laughing from hearing the automated voice read the punching "so I pushed the c**t over" rolling on the floor laughing
