Yeah that was the value option...next time M&S or maybe even push the boat out and go for Waitrose...it's the way forward. |
Maybe Posh Bird had better lead on that one then |
Looking forward to the Waitrose run! _________________ Eccentrics are just normal people that haven't yet had their spirit broken by the rest of society!!!!!!!!!

WMMST. New seals, bushes and fork oil on the Varadero, and a long phone chat reminiscing with a mate about the times we shared with our recently departed mate about the laughter, the tears, the triumphs and disasters we'd shared together over the years _________________

Alfresco dining with work colleagues in 34 degree weather tonight (and about 90% humidity!) followed by drinks and clubbing at The Beach House, Kuala Lumpur (at least I think that's what it's called ) and watching MotoGP as well! (See WPMOT) Been years since I've had so much fun out! Will hate myself when the alarm goes off in 4 hrs time, but what the hell - you only live once! And here I thought business trips are boring!!! |
Sounds like you had a great time Barb, if that's what business trips are about then I want some of that. |
Business trips are very rarely like this at all, that's what made it so special. That and the fact that I don't usually get out much

Feel surprisingly good this morning, better than I deserve to, tbh. I credit the lovely dinner we ate beforehand (you know me; "hummingbird" eating - 3x my body weight! ) and several cups of Malaysian coffee (strong, served premixed with milk and lots of sugar - very good hangover cure!) _________________ "Take advantage of her being in a wheelchair while you can, mate - 'cos that's the only time you'll be able to push her around!" -Barry H |

Luckier than my lodgers outing where a biker suffered a broken back in Holland due to the hail stones, airlifted to hospital waiting for update. _________________ "Deja Moo" the feeling you have heard this Bullshit before |

I see no mention of the mini starburst or the multiple-train eurotunnel trip then
Or was that meant to be a secret?

Mouse, your advice works mate!!
Got pulled over by an unmarked car this morning, whereby he apologised to me for cutting me up and then we shook hands before continuing on our merry ways. _________________ You start the game of life with a full pot o' luck and an empty pot o' experience. That wasn't a starburst that was one of jimbos secret ride outs and the multiple trains was an experiment to see if erutunnel are fleecing us regarding running times ::
