Rubbish! You could've asked me or any one of a number of people to run that errand for you.

Well a bit much to ask someone to drive all the way to bramley, pay for the part and deliver it back to me. Anyway it was nice to escape from the house, I go a bit stir crazy otherwise.

Bummer, mate.
Not being funny, but have you tried heat + gentle massage on that knee to keep it from stiffening up? Keyword: GENTLE |
Well that's not a bad idea, for the last couple of days though it's been unbareable to even touch let alone massage. Have been using ibuprofen, dicloflex tablets, deep relief, deep heat, deep freeze and a bag of frozen peas...not necessaril in that order. |
Not sounding good at all... I don't suppose you've been staying off it and keeping it elevated like the doctor told you to?
Mebbe time to go back to your surgery for a referral to a specialist... |
Yes he has been staying off it and resting. I didn't see him at Box today or anywhere else walking around |

Hey Backon, I hope you are back on your bike soon. Knees are very sensitive and hurt a lot. GWS. _________________ Seguy il tuo corso el lashi di lagente

The thing that made me mad today was the old boy in front of me doing 22mph in a 50 zone in his nissan micra with his driving gloves and massive sun glasses.
It's amazing what you see when you haven't got a gun
