Poxy NHS doctors  I rang my local practice for an appointment tomorrow only to be advised they were full but could see me next week. Oh no problem, i replied sarcastically. In future I'll try to give 3 weeks notice for when I am going to feel unwell. I put the phone down and am seeing the work's private quack. I feel a letter of complaint coming on.....

Medicines starting to take effect, and ventoline does seem to do smtg too. Now, the 20 kids I had at the girls birthday party today did (funnily) very little to help my general state!
