Working for Ubbink France SAS as 'Bilingual PA' to the Directeur Général. I haven't met him yet, but have met the Commercial Director and the girl I will be replacing and thus doing a handover with for the next two weeks. Both seemed nice.

I have got a new dessert on the menu and it has
mint shortbread (tequila and lime parfait with mint short bread and English strawberries) So I took some along with biscottis to miss g to cheer her up lol..... And got some riding tips from her aswell was a very nice afternoon....
