Finding out today I have lost 12kg since I starter my fitness drive lol.......... My suit now fits again hahaha but by instructor says I have actually lost more as I have put a lot off muscle on which weighs twice as much as fat...... but who gives damn .... gonna do my BMI next time see how much % off fat I have lol ..

Ahhh...you've just got to laugh at yourself sometimes...
I thought I'd go for a little ride this evening, and stop at the pub on the way home. So, I go for a shower, get out, get dried, start to get dressed, socks on, boots on...
I stand up and walk past the mirror and think to myself, "Hmmm, I'm missing something..."
Yep! T-shirt, jacket and trousers!
I have never seen myself in just boots and pants before, but I can honestly say it's not an image I will strive for in the future |
