going out earlier than Spike to miss the horrendous traffic that is likely to be about gone 10am
7.30/8.00 am from Newlands depending on interest and will involve as little of Sussex as possible! 
will aim to have a quick blast through taking in such wonders as Mychett, b349, a339, a272 and finishing around Petersfield before 10am, so if you're quick, you could probably get back to box for 10.30 and hook up with Spike  |

Newlands at 7.30 this morning.....lovely, warm and sunny. even spotted a couple of cars with steamy windows 
bloody cold when you drop down into the valley though!

Was a bit on the chilly side at 06:00. However, clear roads, sun shining, and back before all the mongs got up.
