step away from fwr. Personally I'm never going there they dropped 2 mate's bikes and incorrectly fitted rear Caliper on another. Unless things have changed radically there I would avoid! Assuming it's a nail or screw see if you can put a temp repair on to ride it somewhere for repair. Personally, given you've got single sided swing arm I'd go to a garage rather than a tyre fitment place since correct torque on your nuts ooer is even more important. Give southernspeed in slutton a go. _________________

Myself (when I worked in Vauxhall) and a mate of mine who still works in London use FWR and we've never had any issues with them, but then I won't go near Dobles with a barge pole _________________ Anything you say may be taken down and used as evidence in a court of law, or boxhill forum!!

Had a bit of an asthma attack or 2 recently so bit the bullet and saw the Doc. Now under investigation for heart disease
Blood taken, ECG tomorrow, spirometry next week etc.
Doc said no strenuous cycling until the DX is resolved. Well if your numbers up then its up so I am off training in a mo! _________________

Heard some good things about them lately - they might be under some sort of new management as I believe the guy who owned it was killed in Spain on his Desmodici.
Quite a character by all accounts:-

i took bike to MD Racing in Leatherhead ,who also have a dep't called jcn 9 bikes which cater for everything not Ducati , managed to pump tyre up enough and get it there albeit a scary spongy ride , phoned them this morning , they got tyre ordered in and changed it , no fuss , no probs in half an hour , supply and fit £125 + vat, would definitely recommend them , only down side now is when i eventually meet some of you you'll see the size of my chicken strips on a new tyre !!!!! :-D _________________ www.klawrence-plastering.co.uk |

Under "Location" it says Epsom. I think thats a pretty big hint!
Take the wheel off and any decent tyre place will be able to repair it. Depends whats punctured it as to wether it'll need a rplacement tyre.[/quote]

Relax mate - your driving standard (as far as I am a judge) was well up to the task on the weekend ride.
Just remember the observations and give yourself enough time at junctions to do it right.
Good luck.
