Just back from a truly fantastic long weekend on the motorbike in France.
Amazingly I bumped into Waki and HCMS on the ferry on the way out as well as on top of a 12metre tall motorised elephant.
What are the chances of all meeting up on the same weekend in another country. I should now buy a lottery ticket!!
It became really freaky when it transpired we were all staying at the same place too!!
Will post some pics of the food I ate alone etc in the touring section later on!

It does happen and it is weird - I was in France a couple of years back with the gang I go with and came across LittleNose and Lost in the middle of Wimereaux.

Just got another call 30mins ago, what a time to call people at home?!, being headhunted by a firm who 'heard' about me, not sure how to take that really First time this happens to be perfectly honest and I am puzzled.

WMMS.....One of the many highlights from the weekend was a ride out with at least 50 French bikers.....and i ended up in the fast group !!! Made it back to join the others at the meeting point, where everyone sat down for a meal. Was a brilliant day/evening, haven't laughed so much in ages and we were made very welcome.
And to top it off, they formed a guard of honour to wave us off as we headed home  Amazing.....i'll not forget that.
