Leaving Rykas at 10am
Donation for each bike min £1
Dress up not compulsery but it will raise more smiles if we make the effort
Cow (sorry no bunny icon)
<note I didnt use the word rabbit>

For those of you who have been to the trust before you will know that not all the children are able to eat chocolate so if you see something else please do bring it along.

I will post up later a list of ideas for alternative gifts
I am also going to run a raffle again this year (seperate thread to follow)

The Children's Trust provides services to children with multiple disabilities
www.thechildrenstrust.org.uk

Please take a moment to either look at link or consider how easy it would be for you to give up just an hour or two of your time and the difference it could make to these children

Well if Cleber can travel 6000 miles to get here a day early, then I guess everyone on here should be able to get off their arses and make an appearance, I know we will Wink

It is on mine Wink

Think I should do a sponsored slim for this, so I am going to sponsor myself a £1.00 per pound for this worthwhile cause.

Any other takers?

PS before the piss taking starts, if I don't lose at least a stone by Good Friday I will donate £50.00 as my penance Laughing
