If it's on a Triumph, I have the plug at home somewhere that reconnects the immobiliser circuit. Just unplug the alarm and plug this in it's place.

Question, why would you want to these are (IMHO) one of the better makes out there, I have had datatools on at least 3 bikes and not a days trouble with any of them?

Have you tried ringing the customer support line? worth a try as its a lot easier than ripping it out..just sayin..
