Would be nice to see a review of driver training, but the part about naming and shaming individual councils worries me, in that they will use it as an excuse to erect ( ) more speed cameras. |

They will probably just reduce the speed limit as it's easier than educating driver's, whether it's the cause or not and use creative statistics to prove it has reduced accidents. _________________ It's all down to quality of life ! |
