Would be nice to see a review of driver training, but the part about naming and shaming individual councils worries me, in that they will use it as an excuse to erect ( Laughing behind hand ) more speed cameras.

They will probably just reduce the speed limit as it's easier than educating driver's, whether it's the cause or not and use creative statistics to prove it has reduced accidents. Wink
