My phone (Galaxy S2) has a bit of a thirst for battery life, which is a bit of a problem if going camping and staying somewhere for a few days without power.
I have an (alleged) long life battery, & the OE one as a spare battery, and what I'm going to do is pop a cigarette lighter socket under my seat and charge one of the batteries in a Samsung EBH1A2USBE. This costs about a tenner, and I'd rather leave that under my seat than my phone.

blue tooth being on and such like do not do the SII any favours ....when left as a basic phone and used as such the battery does very well _________________ Rust is lighter than carbon fibre! |

Aye, but I'll be using the phone as a camera etc etc and as such it does shaft the battery somewhat. _________________

I've put a socket near the headstock so that I can use my phone as a twatnav & have a waterproof cover for the phone. Yes, I was very careful where I put it. _________________ It's all down to quality of life ! |
