I purchased my first set of Rukka in 2003, one of the selling points was the 5 year warranty, so in 2008, I returned my Rukka kit through Dobles for "repair" as i'd broken a zip or two etc etc.

What I got back was a brand new replacement, happy days.

Move on 4 years, and the kit's looking tired again, the "usual" bits have broken (zips) the odd tear etc etc. so time to send it off for repair, which I'd intended to do earlier in the year but the weather decided otherwise...

Jacket repair "FOC" Cool

Trouser repair £108

Happy days Cool Effectively, I've had the same kit for 9 years.
