Bradley Wiggins and Mark Cavendish are apparently down to take part , although probably out by the time the race reaches Surrey for the last stage . _________________ Just call me Waki. |

Great result too......Cavendish winning the stage, his last race in the World Champions rainbow jersey.....and the first British winner, overall, of our national road race. Well done Johnathan Tierman-Locke. A great summer for British cycling. _________________ Just call me Waki. |

Surely you mean in his current World Champions jersey! Is he not looking to successfully defend it this Sunday?
I know the course is hillier than he would like, but he's lost a bit of weight and is climbing well! _________________ So many roads, so little time. |

Was a term Cav himself used at Guildford, but yes he is looking to defend the jersey although not sure if the GB team is as strong this year. Hope he does it though ! _________________ Just call me Waki. |
