curently its not to hard to pass a moped safely on a dual carraigeway......these things are going to cause accidents

Oh no we have these in France !

These mobile chicanes give the illusion of being in a car but offer no protection and are a hazard to all other road users, especially given that in France no licence is required, mostly the drivers have either lost their licence or have never had lessons or received one in the first place. mental.

La voiturette sans permis fait demi-tour : six blessés
L’imprudence d’un jeune homme, conduisant une voiturette sans permis, serait à l’origine d’un très violent accident qui a fait six blessés, dont un pronostic vital engagé, hier après-midi ...
