Guess the Gov is doing it's usual trick of trying to encourage alternative modes of transport.
Just as likely to get hurt giving a 125cc moped too much welly and yet there's still nothing to stop a bored 17yo rich kid wrapping a porsche round a tree.
Understand the need for safety but if their going to do it at least do it equally.
Glad I got my license back in the days of the 2 class system. |
