Anyone up for this ?? Smile Had a brilliant time on the previous Boxhill Trip north of the border, so i thought i'd arrange a another. Cool Cottage is booked and is located in the same village as before....Ballachulish near Glencoe.
Details

Base is ideal for rides south to Oban....north to Fort William, Isle of Skye and Inverness...and east to Aviemore. And all on fantastic roads. happy biker Plus there is plenty to do off the bike also, a list of which i'll add at a later date.
Trip will be as before.....we'll ride up to Durham on Friday 21st for an overnight stop, then head to the cottage the next day via the crazy A68 Shocked to Jedburgh, past Loch Lomond and onto Glen Coe. Then a week of doing as we please.....chilling out,.... riding,.... walking before heading home on Saturday 29th with another stop-over in Durham, finally back on 30th June.
Cottage sleeps 8 with 2x double, 1x adult bunks and 1x adult twin, so group would probably include two couples......plus the four singles. So need to keep this in mind. And, also, the more that go, the cheaper it will be for all. Price, approx per person(Cool, will be around £125 for the week at the cottage and two nights in Durham (based on room share at hotel).
So just for now i'm looking for peeps that are genuinely interested in going....just checkout photo's from last time Cool ..and add your name to the list.

Having plenty of fun checking out virtual ride outs from the cottage in Ballachulish. Very Happy This one is an 85 mile or so loop taking in the Corran ferry. Using the little man icon, check out some of the amazing views along the route. Shocked ......And thats just one of many to look forward to. Very Happy

Hi Moriwaki,

Fab Photos. Had Scotland on my list of adventures for next year, so count me in. Let me know when you need some money to cover the cost.

Normally in late June it's still light enough to see, when outside, even at mid-night. Smile

Ok, booked the hotel today for the stop overs on Friday 21st and Saturday 29th June.

http://www.travelodge.co.uk/hotels/204/Durham-hotel

Have gone for the flexible booking which allows us to add people to the group if necessary. So there's still time for others to join the group. Scotland offers some amazing roads to ride on and fantastic sights to see. There is even a chance for a spot of ice wall climbing Shocked at The Ice Factor in nearby Kinlochleven.

http://www.ice-factor.co.uk/

I do now have the price for the accommodation based on a group of five, and i will pm the details over.
Any questions from anyone, please post here or via pm.
Cheers.
