Heads up - there's a new traffic island on the A25 near the Arkle Manor, take care if overtaking in both directions particularly when heading East (from Dorking > Reigate) since the island will force you back into the traffic earlier than you are used to at this point if you are using the hatched area to make a bit of progress.

I think that's the point.... Also related to redevelopment of the former Happy Eater site I expect (I always wondered how they ever survived at all with a logo that looked like someone putting their fingers down their throat).
