Righty ho..
Just for shits and giggles..
This will be a meet at box @9.00am (thats as early as I'll ever get)
Depart box 10.00am
The route will be the delights of the A24,A272,A23 (hop)
Down to 'Mad Era' drive for coffee and bacon butty then people's can starburst or ride back up with me.
No corner markers
No back markers
Pace = spirited but sensible
Ride your own ride get there when you get there.
The route is not negotiable
The destination at Brighton is as I can't remember where the cafe is that used to be frequented so Mad Era drive may not be the stop point
Sadly as this is the Uk the date is weather depending.
Still you have a month to:
Charge your batteries
Make excuses to her or him indoors
Clean your dirty unloved motorcycle
Find some petrol money _________________ The Resident Forum Ghost

It was the Roedean Café where we used to meet . I'll probably rearrange my holiday so it doesn't clash ! _________________ It's all down to quality of life ! |

Loco, the Madeira Drive eatery I think you're referring to is the last one going east under the arches. Bikers from near and far have used it as a meeting place for years and years. Plenty of bike parking spaces right next to it. Seating is outside only, so hope weather is OK. Have diarised and hope to meet you there. Just hope I recognize any of you!!!
I remember the early days Boxhill meets on Sunday mornings at the Roedean Café. Biggus does as well!! _________________ Adventure before dementia. |

I'll try to get a bit of a ride in first too as the day's half over by 9!!
You'll recognize me Garry, I'm the good looking one _________________ So many roads, so little time. |

The cafe on Madeira Drive (can't remember its name) and the Roedean Cafe are two different places. The Roedean Cafe is further along on the top road where the pitch'n'putt is/was. _________________ Adventure before dementia. |

Still about ...aiming to be there or suffer the wrath of Loco and Jimbo
dependant on entry to brightonia if coming along the seafront and your going to madeira drive, when you reach the roundabout its the 3rd exit, for rodean café its the 2nd exit and straight on for about a mile or so and the café is on your left.
if your coming in from the A23 through town then rodean is the 1st exit and madeira is the 2nd. _________________ Rust is lighter than carbon fibre! |

Me.
I recognise/remember about 14 of those faces.
I'd like to remember more of those I don't.
And would definitely like to forget some of those I do.. _________________ So many roads, so little time. |

Yeah might work with yours but definitely wouldn't work on mine...
Shame though as would be good to get the BH forum rideouts up and running again so want to make an effort.
