WD I was most impressed with your pan. Comfiest bike I've ever been on. I loved the large seat [the bike, not my ar$e] and grab handles, plus the ride was very schmooth.

Here's a suggestion.
Do a google image search for biker. Have a look at what comes up.
If thats really how you see yourself then fair enough, you're a "Biker"

I voted for motorcyclist, as I have the idea that a motorcyclist is interested in all forms of bike sport & activities, takes a keen interest, has tried to do a bit of it all (touring, scratching, competing...).
Biker in Aussie has more connotations of so called "outlaw" gangs, you know the 1% that are completely conformist in thier non-conforming.....
But over here I say I'm a biker. So maybe, just confused.....
Cleethorpes eh Va va??? Why go to Spain or Portugal when you can go to Cleethorpes!!!

..Back in the Good Old 80's, us Rockers/Bikers would await the arrival of the Toot-Suited Mods on May-Day ...and chase them and their 'girly' Scoots out of town, wielding metal rods and bike chains....
(It was all a bit of a performance ...no-one really got hurt ...even the police riot vans just cruised alongside....
....until the year some poor kid got shot in the neck by a bloke at a fairground rifle stand... (I believe its not possible any more - they don't use the same kind of bullets these days)
...It was a bit of a wake-up call watching his girlfriend desperately mopping at his neck with a dirty hanky....
...suddenly, they weren't 'Mods' any more - they were 'people'....
...Kid ended up paralysed from the neck down....
...that was the last year of the 'Scoots n Bikers Pantomime'....) |

I'm thinking your reading this wrong. The "who gives a ****" (expleative for fornication) comment was aimed squarely at the Biker/Motorcyclist question. Not the Mod got shot in the neck posting.
aaannnnnd while we're on the subject. Its YOU who should be ashamed for your past actions chasing all the little mods on their scoots. AND while we're there whats wrong with scoots? I've got one.....just need a parker a long whip aerial and a foxes tail to hang there off. Now shut the F*** up I'm off to dig out the Quadraphenia DVD. I'm sure there a shot of Incy in the background somehwere. |

That was one Mod for whom I had sympathy ...the rest of you scoot-riding-scum ..and motorcyclists... can go twist your 'gearless' incapacitudes.....

Sorry ...didn't mean to get into this...
'Biker' in me just wants to ride my bike, even if I've got nowhere to go... ...Hell, can always find somewhere!!!
Will make up excuses to HAVE to go somewhere, just so I get to go for a ride....
Loves pratting around at rallies with like-minded idiots....
And getting my fingernails dirty...
