Yup. You are so right. I messed up big time. Then I felt guilty and I messed up again.
Started out trying to do something nice for a friend but made a right stupid mess of it. Should have at least made it clear that I knew the bloke and that he would read the thread. And really shouldn't have done a poll.
Screwed up. Felt really guilty. And apologised to Doug (TP)
Then I made things worse by trying to offload some of my guilt onto the people who'd said 'bad' stuff about the bike. Didn't realise at the time that that was what I was doing (too upset) but, looking back, I can see it now.
So, this time, if anybody gives a flying fcuk, I'm posting to apologise to all the people to whom I gave either actual or implied grief simply for giving a genuine answer to my ill-formed question. Sorry.

Saw this bike for the first time at The Ace on friday nite. Loved the Klaxon horn!
Gotta say...loved the bike! How mad is that...an R1 Bobber! Must be a real eyebrow raising head turner!
I thought i was the only fighter there on a "Streetfighters" nite, then in rolls this. So glad to see it's here and getting "known" cos my camera wouldn't take a decent pic in the dark. I should have spoken to you, but was on my own and not very sociable...er...shy!
