Yes, that's true. But that doesn't mean there have to be laws for selfish idiots that do this which in turn would restrict the choice of other people who actually have a brain.

Just because you don't like smoking doesn't mean it should be banned. That in itself is selfish.

There is a problem in general with people bringing up kids, having absolutely no consideration for their welfare. Smoking in the same car as them is one of the smaller problems IMO.

I presume you'd be one of the first people wailing about laws against motorcycles when groups like BRAKE or some other idiotic organisation come up with another proposal to take bikes with over 2bhp off the road when some utter dick kills someone showing off to his mates.

You're right. But the more you regulate people, the less they have to think which will dumb down society even more even if you don't believe that to be possible Wink

Making things socially unacceptable, which smoking around kids should be, would be more effective. Probably wishful thinking on my part.

complete utter bull shit If i wanna smoke in my car i WILL and no fing pratt is gonna tell me other wise. I go with what some others have said , if you dont like me smoking then get out of my car. I never smoke in a non smokers car or house and respect there space so respect mine i smoke deal with it.
