I was working at the Trust today. They seem a little excited that the bikes are coming again.
I would loved to have come but I need to be in Essex tomorrow and saturday. A little mishap on the east coast last year which I sorted over the winter and needs my attention this weekend, Sorry.......

Thanks for that Barry, good to know that they are looking forward to the bikes coming Very Happy

I will be heading down to Wessons to lead in a few peeps from http://www.southeastcountiesbikers.co.uk/forum/ up to Boxhill in time for 10:00am.

If anybody wants an extended run, then meet at Four Elms Crossroads for 7:45am or Wessons for 8:15am Kneedown

Regarding my diet........ Peeps will have to find out tomorrow whether I have to cough up £50.00 or whether I will be tapping up the sponsors Wink

I wonder if the bunny suit will make it out tomorrow? Wink Chocoholic

Looks like we'll have a nice day again, might be a tad chilly though.

Great to see so many people make the effort to do the run today We're not worthy

Far too many to mention but thanks to Vanessa for organising and Pete for being the scary bunny again Wink

I led a group up from Wessons and it was a bit of a chilly hoon down there and back but I think we all enjoyed it and it was great to meet some new peeps from another forum.

Some really good pics are posted on this thread South East Counties BIkers Photos

For those of little faith, I managed 20.5lbs, so a big thanks to Cleber, Rana, Pete, Kate and Waki for your matching donations, it gave me a real boost and raised an extra £100.00 for the children trust Wink

Nice to see everyone, and a great turnout Smile

Afterwards myself, firecracker Rook and Redrat ended up going out for a play at the Pirbright bends, and the roads were fairly quiet...result!

Sorry for the delay in posting this up but had a note from the Trust re our visit Good Friday..........

Hi Vanessa

Huge apologies for the very late THANK YOU note.

What an amazing turn out last Friday

We were bowled over and I hope you were

It was truly magnificent and oh so generous.

Thanks Vanessa, it made our morning .

Still plodding through the chocolate

The pressies were lovely and so appropriate

The 2 pillows that play music what a hit there are.

Please please pass on all our thanks

Also a huge thank you for £130.50 donated as result of some very strong willed guy losing weight.

That is going for an evening out to the Pizza Express for a leaving party in a couple of weeks time ( children not staff!!)

Thanks and see you again when ever you feel like coming

Take care love to all

Rosemarie
