As with many bikes, I am sure, the Versys seems to collect water where the seat meets the fuel tank. It's not too bad, but I've noticed a bit of rust developing on the bracket where the fuel tank bolts down under the seat. More unsightly than anything else.

Any recommendations as to the best course of action to get rid of the rust and keep it at bay? Obviously it's hidden so I don't have to colour match paint or anything. I was thinking sand it back and paint it with some kinda product.

Cheers Very Happy
