Well, finally got out on M³ (Milly-Molly-Mandy) that I bought from M² (Markie Mark).

First ride and I'm very impressed. Not uncomfortable as I was expecting! I've never owned a sports bike before and I was ready for aching arm/hands, but if anything my bum is aching from there only being a plank of wood for a seat.

It's a complete revelation how planted it feels, and how much easier it is to tip it into corners and bends. I don't think I went round them faster (I need to get the feel of the bike first) but it seemed to be a more natural movement.

Again the suspension surprised me as I expected it to be a little "rattly" over indifferent road surfaces, but it knocks spots off my Suzuki SV over any terrain.

Power delivery (as far as I dare) was very progressive, until I cracked the throttle open when it took off Shocked & Cool .

So far so good then. I will give some updates when I've used it a bit more.

But now I know why sports bike riders walk funny. Laughing

Nice one Jimbo, enjoy it! Cool

Glad to hear the suspension is good over rough road surfaces...makes me really want to go have a tinker with the R1 suspension setup.

They are very nice bikes with fanastic torque. Smile

The thing to watch for especially if you are following on a normal inline 4 is the engine breaking, they slow down alot quicker. Shocked
