Yep, that means no access to anything resembling a motor vehicle. Remember also that the route is coming down from The Mall via Kingston so that'll all be closed as well.
Don't worry though...LOCOG have been in consultation with the council, emergency services, workplaces and all residents affected. They have agreed that all leisure pursuits not involving watching grown men wearing lycra this weekend are cancelled, and that nobody in Surrey is expected to turn up for work. Nobody works weekends anyway, do they? Right?
