How you are fine and no damage (or very little) to the bike (which ever one you were riding....

Sorry didn't realise I'd not made it clear in the original post, this is from a spill 7 or so years ago, I'm posting the lid to a chap I know who has an S1 that the visor mechanism is broken on so he can use the bits for spares.

30mph, face-first into the tarmac.. Doesn't look too bad until you realise that half the front has popped off, and I cracked the inner shell from the impact.
