My youngest daughters boyfriend brother (tenuous link I know) has built his own segeway from scratch and is developing a self balancing unicycle.

In Guildford. He is a geek but with great hands on skills as well.

Guarantee I could find a way to fall off it. Add to that it says it can only cope with slopes of 30 per cent. Well that means going up Yorks hill is out of the question.
