Mate, I have to agree with Mr T on this. Yours looks (well did) infinately better. Do it back up and enjoy it. If you really do want to shift it and still want a truck - get the XJR13, best looking of that style I think.

thanks for the input so far, yeah quite like the XJR, i just have quality concerns on some of the modern yams i've looked at.

Not after getting rid of mine just yet anyway well apart from the obvious i've loved every single one of the 20,000 miles i've done on it Very Happy

You can get fairings for it - ermax do a full fairing, but i like the japanese one that barryh posted up a while back

well then Robert is your dad's brother, no point in buying a new bike, more expensive than to fix the one u got, and fit those fairings which u could always remove if they bother you.

Not yet - was put off by the fugly arse end of it... also it is basically a naked sprint... yet only 100 quid cheaper - do Triumph really expect to sell that many when a fully faired version is only £100 more...

A change in work circumstances now means new bikes are off the menu for a while. So i'll be fixing mine up and sticking with it for the foreseeable
