Depends what's your poison plus the Triple is slightly more powerful with a slightly smaller wheelbase and smaller rake/trail, better suspension and brakes.

biggus! go for the xjr, much better bike, there are loads of good ones around ( if you look), but if money's tight then it maybe cheaper todo up yours.
