Sky Cool

Having laid my hands on a Sky+ box over the weekend and running the second cable off the roof of my flats (not bad for someone who hates heights Shocked ) connecting the old box to new cable to check it works etc I called Sky last night to pair my card to said new box.

Spoke to a lovely sounding scotish lass who after running through some checks said I needed a software update, which she did and said she'd call back in 20 minutes. Which she did, ran through some more checks and did some other bits and called back again after 20mintues by which time it was all up and running.

I can't remember the last time I spoke to a call centre where someone actually knew what they were doing and were so helpful. Cool

Oh yes I can, it was before they started getting outsourced to a bunch of partially trained idiots reading from Check sheets in Dumbai Laughing
