I have a badly injured knee a the moment so the further away the better but I don't mind any of the dates .. I'll try and get along to which ever you decide ..

Knee is mending slowly, i have been out a few times on the bike for short runs and it's not been too bad, so hopefully i should be ok for this run.

Might not be able to make this one, I think I have used up the credit in my "rides all day" account with the mrs and have to bank some "gardening, looking after Amelie and DIY" days. :-(
Of course encouraging her to go out helps my cause, as she has the perception that I never get out and have fun, and she does...

Now this is getting confusing .. i use the rear to slow and to stop when i am not going too fast. I use the front break when i need to stop rather more suddenly... i have been out on one or two rides and have been told use the back break.... don't use the back break .. use the front break don't use the front break ... ohhh what is a girl to do...

Know what you mean Christine ... I've now started using front and rear together ... did used to use mainly the back brake, but was told that was bad practice .... but hey, what do I know ... ;-)
