Finally managing to get a 3 bed semi house about a mile down the road (1 mile closer to the mucky too ), be sad to leave our place (it's right on the thames), but me,1 wife,3 daughters, 1 dog, 1 cat, 3 kittens, 3 goldfish & 2 mice dont squeeze into a 2 bed maisonette very well......
And, it's got a double drive out the front, enough space down the side for a conservatory(or lean to for more bikes ), huge brick outbuilding in the back garden(with power, & about size enough for 3 bikes or 1 bike workshop  ) huge back garden with patio, walk in power shower. Should be through some time in the next 5 weeks, and the people there are leaving a petrol mower for the grass, and the building materials for a huge barbie!
And the missus has agreed that if it's still there once we move & I can get enough trade-in on the zxr, I can have th '99 cbr900rrx fireblade I've got my eye on
